I’m thrilled to introduce you to my art series, Moon Milk. I created this piece by hand using repurposed images from art and fashion magazines, and each piece is truly unique, just like you! Here’s what you need to know:

  • Moon Milk is made up of 13 layers of carefully selected images that represent the various phases of the moon.
  • I used a range of skin types in different colors to create a diverse and beautiful piece.
  • The artwork size is similar to A3, and I use high-quality unique paper (I am not sure what this is exactly, I got it as a present) to ensure it lasts for years to come.
  • The total frame size is 53 x 40.6 x 3.3 cm, made with sturdy ramin wood and covered with protective acrylic glass.
  • To guarantee that you’re getting an original Moon Milk artwork, each piece comes with a certificate of authenticity.

About Moon Milk:

I started Moon Milk to celebrate the beauty of women in all their diverse colors, shapes, sizes, and phases. I believe that every woman deserves to be seen and appreciated for her unique beauty, and I’m passionate about using my art to make that happen.

 

Moon Milk is the visualization of my vision of embracing and highlighting the unique beauty of every woman. I capture the essence of women being “the same but different” throughout their life journey by using the moon’s cycle as a feminine symbol, representing the rhythm of time and the varying shades of a woman from light to dark.

 

Moon Milk is a series that celebrate women’s unique journeys. Each piece is created to remind women that our lives are ruled by repeating cycles, and embracing this fact helps us acknowledge our resilience. 

 

My hope is that Moon Milk helps women find harmony with the natural cycles of life, connect with their inner selves, and create a sense of home wherever they go.

 

Materials
Moon Milk is framed in ramin wood and covered with acrylic glass. The artwork’s background is made of cotton.

To ensure easy installation, the artwork comes with a sturdy wire in the back. 

Each artwork in the Moon Milk series is a unique, one-of-a-kind creation, carefully upcycled from a variety of fashion and art magazines. Every piece is crafted by hand with love and dedication, embodying the principles of mindfulness, minimalism, and living life to the fullest. 

We are committed to sustainability, and all our packaging materials are sourced from trusted partner TEORRA. Our papers and stickers are made from 100% recycled FSC Certified paper, printed with plant-based ink, and are biodegradable and acid-free, ensuring that your purchase is both beautiful and eco-friendly.
